Registration Fees

• -The registration fee for ASCPaLM 2024 is equal to the registration fee for LMCE 2024.
• -If you register for ASCPaLM 2024, "Your registration will be considered equivalent to that of LMCE 2024.
• -The ASCPaLM 2024 participants are eligible to attend the LMCE 2024 for three days. All participants will receive the same benefits.
• ※All participants must pay the registration fee in dollars to register for ASCPaLM 2024. Registration is possible by LMCE 2024, even if the abstract is submitted to ASCPaLM 2024. (Korean participants registering through LMCE 2024 can pay the registration fee in Korean won)

How to Register

• Step 1 Click on the “Go to Register“ button above
• Step 2 Sign up (for the first visit) or Login
• Step 3 Fill out the attendee’s information
• Step 4 Pay the registration fee
• Step 5 Complete and Confirmation email send

• ※If you have already submitted an abstract, log in using your ID and password. If this is your first time, click on Sign Up to create an account.

How to pay the fees

Online Credit Card Payment

• -Payment by credit card is possible only through the online registration system.
• -The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, MasterCard, and JCB.
• -All credit card service charges are to be paid by the registrants.
• -The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.

Wire Transfer

• -Direct bank transfers should be made to the account below. All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrants.
• -A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the Secretariat by e-mail (info@ascpalm2024.org)
• -Please note that the transfer must be made under the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.

Registration Confirmation (Receipt)

Once you complete the registration process, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to you. You can check the status of your registration and payment by logging onto the online registration system and visiting 'My Page.' Once your payment is completed, you will be able to download an official receipt from the online registration system.

• -Please note that the receipt will be available for download once the Secretariat confirms your payment.
• -It is possible that the user's computer may automatically block the viewer program. If you encounter an error page, please contact the Secretariat and we will send you the receipt via email.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• -Only cancellations made in writing will be accepted.
• -Please send your cancellation requests in writing by email.(info@ascpalm2024.org).
• -The registrant is responsible for paying all bank charges associated with the remittance.
• -The refunds will be processed once the meeting has ended.
